Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 based at UMass Memorial Medical Center, in Worcester, MA. The Manager will work Monday - Friday, and will need the flexibility to work as the manager on duty for rotational weekend coverage. In this role you will be a part of the Sodexo management team for patient feeding in this 400+ bed hospital.

What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day operations for food retail areas oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenancedeliver high quality food service while engaging with customersensure all needed signage (including digital) is in placeprovide excellent customer service – leading a team while maintaining a clean, safe environment;train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and operation standards What We Offer
