The company currently wishes to recruit a highly skilled, motivated and driven individual to manage the Dunbia Dungannon Retail Maintenance Team. This represents an excellent opportunity to further a developed maintenance career within a dynamic, fast – moving production environment. Reporting directly to the NI Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities Managing, planning and coordinating workloads and projects to maintain highest standards possibleManaging the performance of a multi-disciplinary team which works across 3 shiftsEnsuring company policies and procedures are followed and adhered toBuild strong relationships with both internal and external customersEnsuring preventative and reactive maintenance programs are followed to reduce downtimeControlling the costs within the departmentOperationally focused on delivering results Qualifications

Essential Criteria

5 years’ recent experience within a similar role in a maintenance environment, preferably within a food/meat manufacturing industry.Time served or third level qualification in a mechanical or electrical disciplinePrevious experience of managing a large engineering teamRecent experience of delivering large projects in a complex industrial and technical environment with a working knowledge of project management techniquesExcellent communication skills, accompanied by leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong people management skills with the ability to build, mentor and motivateHighly motivated and proactive with the ability to multi taskIT literate
