About the Role

St. Peter’s Health Partners is hiring a Retail Food Service Worker to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, preparing fresh, high-quality food, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beveragesProvide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter or registerMaintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standardsAssist with stocking, prep work, and kitchen support as neededWork collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operationsAdheres to SPHP's code of conduct

Qualifications

Experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred, not required)Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailPassion for fresh food and creating a positive dining experienceRead, write and speak English at a minimum 6’th grade levelFollow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills

Pay Range:$16.20-$19.35

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
