We are hiring a District Manager in the Calgary area to lead field teams, manage retail execution, and build strong client and retailer relationships. This role is 70% remote and 30% in-field. What You'll Do + Lead, coach, and support field merchandisers and sales reps + Oversee store visits, audits, and program execution + Build strong relationships with clients and retailers + Monitor metrics, provide coaching, and ensure reporting accuracy + Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and team performance + Resolve operational issues and ensure flawless execution + Cost control and budget management What You Bring + Relevant post-secondary degree (Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field) + 3+ years experience in retail, merchandising, or field management at the district/multi-site level + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel to V-Lookup & pivot table level) + Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle APPLY NOW!
