Through a technology-driven deployment of Brand Reps, we help brands build meaningful customer interactions, leading to increased sales and greater brand visibility. Our mission centers around building a productive and engaged team of Brand Reps by providing the resources, tools, and support they need to excel. We deliver high-quality, visually engaging content that helps our Reps represent partner brands with confidence and precision. We’re seeking an experienced Retail Content Specialist to create clear, concise, and visually compelling materials that help retail teams perform at their best. This role requires a strong background in retail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to distill large volumes of complex brand material into practical, easy-to-use job aids. Graphic design skills are a plus. Job Description: Retail Content Specialist (Contractor) In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success and Brand teams to transform extensive brand documentation into streamlined resources—such as product guides, merchandising instructions, and visual job aids—that can be quickly understood and applied on the sales floor. Responsibilities: + Review and analyze large volumes of content and materials provided by brand partners. Extract key points and translate them into concise, accurate, and visually engaging job aids. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all resources align with ThirdChannel’s standards and each brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity. + Create content that supports in-store execution, merchandising compliance, and sales enablement. + Apply feedback constructively and adapt to evolving brand and project needs. + (Preferred) Apply graphic design skills to create polished, visually appealing resources. Qualifications: + Proven retail experience—such as in-store sales, merchandising, brand representation, or retail training. + Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, brevity, and usability. + Ability to process and synthesize complex information quickly and accurately. + Proficiency with Google Drive and related tools. + Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Preferred Skills: + Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint or similar). + Experience creating visual job aids, quick-reference guides, or retail execution tools. + Familiarity with LMS or resource management systems.
