We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Retail Banking Sales Management Manager II, reporting to Head of Retail Banking Sales Management.
Principal responsibilities:
Perform Sales Management to achieve the assigned KPIs. Formulate and implement non-regulated product sales strategies and communicate to sales staff in the Area Monitor non-regulated product sales activities and productivity metrics to ensure delivery is in accordance with sales pipeline in the Area Collaborate with internal compliance and quality assurance units on sales quality of branch staff and take remedial measures to ensure strict adherence to the compliance standards Maintain close communication with branches and other relevant departments to develop and implement necessary follow-up actionsSet clear performance targets and objectives for staff and monitor their progress regularlyCoach/ counsel/ motivate and develop staff membersEnsure all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the BankObserve the established Bank’s and Group’s compliance policies and monitor their implementation
