Nike LOANHEAD is looking for the next part-time Sales Assistant to join our back of house team and provide world-class service to the consumer:

As our Operations Athlete your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will focus on our stock, processes & delivery efficiency, ensuring all goods are received and processed accurately.

You will process stock efficiently to ensure that the back of house environment mirrors the unique energy, passion and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor. Applications with stockroom experience preferred.

What you bring:

Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employeesSupporting various store departments (e.g. operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.Using your knowledge for digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.Informing consumers and new teammates about the NIKE products and servicesImproving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek for more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture

Qualifications

Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammateDemonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Availability

Full availability shift patterns will be at maximum 5/7 working days.Must be available to work evenings and available Saturday & Sunday
