Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Admin support to the retail agency team and part of the wider admin team in the officeMinor accounting duties such as invoicing: through an internal system and payment follow-upHelp in updating data in tools such as CRM Salesforce / Engage and digital archiv.Making arrangements for internal meetingsManaging team’s calendar including: scheduling and organizing meetings sending remindersSubmit team’s expenses, maintain holiday accrualsBusiness support: format and review proposals, teasers and presentation or other specific reports and update team CV’s Support Money Laundering Prevention checks and participate in internal and external auditsDebt managementOptimizing marketing tools related to the departmentKnowledge & Experience:
Fluent in written and spoken English / Native portugueseeProficient use of MS Office tools (especially Powerpoint and Excel)Some previous experience in similar functions will be a plusSkills & Personal Qualities:
