Retail Agency Owner
Job Description As a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner, you will operate as an independent contractor, building and managing your own insurance agency. You will have access to award-winning training, a broad portfolio of insurance and financial products, and multiple bonus and incentive opportunities through the Retail Program. Key Responsibilities  • Establish and operate a Farmers Insurance agency as an independent business owner.  • Sell and service a wide range of insurance and financial products, including:   ○ Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Small Business, Habitational, Boat, Motorcycle, Motor Home, Commercial P&C   ○ Life Insurance   ○ Financial Products  • Recruit, hire, and manage licensed staff.  • Participate in ongoing training through the University of Farmers®.  • Meet quarterly and annual production requirements to qualify for bonus opportunities. Compensation & Incentives  • Competitive commission rates  • Up to 36-month new agent support program with bonus opportunities:   ○ 300% bonus opportunity your first year   ○ Exterior Branding Bonus (up to $6,000)   ○ $5,000 Signing Bonus (month 2)   ○ Monthly Lead Opportunity Credits (up to $500/month)   ○ Monthly and Annual Bonus Programs based on net new business commissions and production   ○ Additional incentives for growth and achievement (Topper Club, Presidents Council, etc.)  • Flexibility to write business with outside carriers such as Kraft Lake, therefore becoming a one stop shop for new business We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
