Primary Responsibilities

The Restorative Aide will be responsible for assisting residents to achieve and maintain an optimal level of self-care and independence through rehabilitation care.

Essential Functions

Perform restorative services such as exercises that improve the use of limbs and body functions according to the resident’s care plan Observe and report for signs and symptoms of change in condition and patient response to treatment Complete admission and routine heights and weights. Complete and chart monthly vital signs flowsheets and restorative grids Organize patient care activities to complete patient care based on priority of patient needs At times, Restorative Aides may be asked to assist with C.N.A. assignments
