Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves performing property restoration services with a focus on water damage. You will engage in various tasks, including demolition, cleanup, and restoration, using hand and power tools, and computers for basic job/project information entry. You will assist with residential and commercial emergency response and cleanup operations. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to help restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other disasters.
ResponsibilitiesPerform property restoration services focusing on water damage.Engage in demolition, cleanup, and restoration tasks.Utilize hand and power tools effectively.Use water moisture meters and technology to assess damage.Enter job/project information into computers.Handle dehumidifiers and perform heavy lifting tasks.Travel to various project sites in company vehicles.Essential SkillsExperience in general labor, construction, or restoration.Proficient in using hand and power tools.Mechanical aptitude and understanding of environmental cleanup.Ability to lift/carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks frequently.Knowledge of property restoration and damage assessment.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred but not required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You must be available for on-call emergency response, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Work may involve exposure to hazardous materials and environments, and you must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights. The job involves residential and commercial loss clean-ups and tear-downs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wilmington, Delaware.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30000.00 - $36000.00/yr.
