+ Conducts market and competitor analysis.
+ Introduces latest trends and adopts new technology.
+ Assists F&B Director with compilation of new food or beverage menus.
+ Develops detailed understanding of the market and guest’s’ needs.
+ Being attentive to guests and anticipating their needs
+ Takes appropriate actions to resolve guests complaints
+ Manages daily operation of restaurants.
+ Maintains database (email) of restaurants clients.
+ Reviews checklists to maintain high standard of cleanliness.
+ Challenges the way things are done; identifies areas requiring change and suggests ideas to support the change.
+ Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
