Your Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences while supporting daily restaurant operations and leading the team on the floor. You will ensure service excellence, inspire your colleagues, and bring our brand values to life in every guest interaction.

What You’ll DoOperationsEnsure all brand standards and service procedures are consistently metSupport smooth daily restaurant operations and collaborate across departmentsSupervise service flow and guide team members on the floorTake orders, serve food and beverages, and provide expert menu recommendationsHandle billing, payments, and cash control in line with company proceduresMaintain full knowledge of menus, systems (e.g. MICROS), and reservation basicsEnsure mise-en-place and shift readiness at all timesSupport shift closing procedures and reportingGuest ExperienceDeliver exceptional, personalized service to every guestHandle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and careBuild long-term relationships with guests through authentic interactionsCreate a welcoming and engaging dining environmentTeam LeadershipAct as a role model and provide guidance to junior team membersSupport a positive team atmosphere aligned with Hyatt valuesParticipate in trainings, briefings, and continuous developmentCompliance StandardsEnsure health, safety, hygiene, and service standards are maintainedUphold company policies and represent the brand with professionalismAdapt to operational changes and business needsWhat We’re Looking ForPassion for hospitality and guest service excellenceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership mindset with the ability to motivate and guide a teamAttention to detail and organizational skillsFlexibility and a proactive approachPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantage
