Overview

Overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operationsEnsuring customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionallyMaintaining quality control for all food servedAnalyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experiencesProject future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordinglyOversee health code compliance and sanitation standardsSeek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costsGenerate weekly, monthly, and annual reportsTrain new employees and provide ongoing training for all staffAddressing problems and troubleshootingEnsure that all the administrative functions are performed accurately, such as cash handling, credit card transactions, and staff scheduling

 



Qualifications

Requirement: 1 year supervisory experience in a family or fine  dining establishment. Good communication skills with the ability to push/pull/lift up to50lbs.

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally.Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
