Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused restaurant supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a restaurant supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction Lead and support the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance management Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and maintain accurate records Ensure consistent food and beverage quality by adhering to established standards and procedures Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience Implement and enforce safety and security policies and procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation and service processes Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving strategies Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and health codes Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Exceptional organizational and time management skills Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and motivate a team Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment About the Company
