Restaurant Supervisor

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. Restaurant Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards. **Qualifications:** A Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food & Beverage outlets to deliver excellent guest experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met. Some tasks you will be expected to perform are (but not limited to): • Supervise Food & Beverage Outlet operations • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team • Ensure compliance of brand standards • Assist F&B management with training and development of team members • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation • Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service • Assist with payroll and scheduling • Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays + Full Time Supervisory position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule + A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment + Refined verbal and written communication skills + Must be proficient in general computer knowledge + Candidates should be detail oriented and organized + Candidates should possess food and beverage knowledge.
