Responsibilities:   This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality control, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. The Restaurant Supervisor acts as a bridge between the management team and the service staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.  

Requirements:  

2+ years experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment   Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently  Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control  Micro POS experience   Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently  T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certified  Full availability is required, must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays 

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
