The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. Ensuring the highest level of service to guests is our greatest priority. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Pay $24.00 - $27.00 / hour

What will you do?Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are metAssign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasksAssist managers in team member training and complianceInvestigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assist in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volumeGreet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team members needs within your assigned areaOversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to Delaware North best practicesMonitor and maintain a positive guest experience by upholding key service elements, anticipating needs, and resolving guest concerns promptlySupporting service by monitoring guest volume across the floor, adjusting service coverage as needed, coaching in real-time, and ensuring consistent execution of service proceduresMonitor and ensure team members are adhering to alcohol service limits at all times. Administer and collect policy & procedure acknowledgements to ensure team compliance with company standardsOrganize and maintain records of retention, including team files, checklists, and compliance documentationCoordinating and communicating scheduling adjustments or modifications, as neededAssist with purchasing and receiving processes to ensure accuracy of deliveries and maintain adequate inventory levels

More about youExperience working in a restaurant; beneficial to have two years’ supervisory experienceSelf-motivated, superior organization, and guest service abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relations skillsNo college degree required

Physical requirementsMust be able to carry up to 35 lbsStanding, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
