**Description:** We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Restaurant Sous Chef** to support our culinary team and hotel dining experiences at Moss and Oak Eatery, our Coffee Shop, as well as our In-Room Dining. Our outlets offer Southern Inspired Cuisine with our cast-iron style cooking to make the most savory, authentic, comfort meals in Savannah. As the Restaurant Sous Chef, with the support of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the creative direction, operational execution, and team leadership of our culinary outlets team.
