Your key responsibilities:

Full responsibility for daily operations and all service processes in the restaurantLeadership and supervision of the service team (Evening Shift – A la Carte)Vacation coordination, duty roster planning, and shift managementCoaching, motivating, and developing team members professionallyRepresenting the restaurant with professionalism and passion to guests and partnersGuaranteeing excellent guest satisfaction and service qualityCollaborating closely with the kitchen, bar, and management to optimize the overall guest offering(Nice To Have) Sommelier training or strong wine knowledge to enhance the guest experience and to organize & conduct employee workshops / wine tastings.

What you bring to the table:

Several years of professional experience in high-level gastronomy or hospitalitySommelier training or strong wine knowledge is a strong plusExcellent German and English language skillsPassion for hospitality, leadership, and guest interactionStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, warm presenceHands-on attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learnA true team player with a proactive mindset and service-driven thinking

Your minimum gross monthly salary is €2,655.00 (based on the Austrian collective agreement), with significant overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
