Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join the Wynn Las Vegas team. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the success of the restaurant

Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitabilityEnsure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulationsCreate and implement strategies to enhance the guest experienceOversee inventory management and cost control to ensure financial targets are metCollaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu itemsResolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionallyImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresConduct departmental pre-shift meetings to keep team members informed of pertinent informationSupervisor and support a team of food and beverage personnel including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, and employee engagementTrain and monitor employees to ensure adherence to the Wynn service standards for all staffManage the restaurant’s employee relations and human resources agendas while understanding the language within the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).Other job duties as assigned

QualificationsPrevious experience in Food & Beverage Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury resort settingCandidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. The ability to speak a second language is a plusStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersRequires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environmentMust be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all timesApplicants must be 21 years of age or aboveFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
