The Restaurant Manager of Sally's Waterfront Dining is responsible for managing the daily opportunities required by strong leadership, and manage the day-to-day operation of hotel outlets. This position is also ultimately responsible for the quality of service provided. Responsibilities may include: + Supports and manages the restaurant while working closely with hotel departments + Supports the F&B MOD for outlet operations by learning all operating outlets across the hotel to support when appropriate. + Ensure alignment with immediate supervisors and two directly reporting assistant managers + Responsible for short- and long-term planning to achieve financial and service goals + Ensure effective hiring, training, and individual/team development + Accountability of teams’ service and professional standards + Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results + Full understanding of Colleague engagement and driving results + Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost control + Create a high energy, positive, professional environment + Plan, coordinate & manage special promotions, events and competitions + Work closely with marketing on promotional and marketing opportunities **Salary:** The salary range for this position is $72,800 to $95,000. This is the pay range for this position that Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
