Employee Stock Purchase plan Discounts at various retailers - Apple, AT&T, Verizon, Headspace and many more The Restaurant Manager of La Zozzona will be responsible for operating the daily operations and will be responsible for Guest Satisfaction, Colleague Morale and Payroll. The ideal Candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage service industry and must be flexible to meet business needs. **The Restaurant Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:** · Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees. · Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing. · Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary. · Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses. · Address customer needs, comments, and complaints. · Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. · Process payroll and maintain all relevant records. · Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards. · Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel. · Oversee beverage inventory and menu accuracy. · Ensure all bar items are ordered in a timely manner and any unavailable menu items are communicated to the team. · Work with culinary and beverage teams to facilitate regular staff training on menu items **Qualifications:** **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred. + 3-5 years of Food and Beverage service industry experience required. + Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Certification card. + Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Excellent leadership skills. + Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets. + Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed. + Extremely organized and detail-oriented. + Open availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. **Our Values:** Empathy | Integrity | Respect | Inclusion | Experimentation | Wellbeing **About The Hiring Process** We are excited that you have chosen to express interest in joining Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
