Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our All Day Dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the day.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performanceDevelop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenueOversee menu planning and pricing, collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative dining experiencesEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygieneRecruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to build a high-performing teamHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionallyAnalyze sales data and market trends to optimize restaurant performanceCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfactionImplement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage serviceStay updated on local food trends and incorporate them into the restaurant's offeringsQualifications3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in all-day dining conceptsProven track record in team leadership, staff training, and developmentStrong knowledge of restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systemsExcellent financial management skills, including budgeting and cost controlProficiency in inventory management and menu planningOutstanding customer service skills with a customer-focused mindsetDemonstrated ability in problem-solving and conflict resolutionThorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standardsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredCurrent Food Safety CertificationKnowledge of Malaysian cuisine and local food trendsFluency in English; knowledge of Malay or other local languages is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
