POSITION SUMMARY: The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a focus on providing exceptional service, training, and leadership. Responsibilities: -Manage the daily restaurant operations to ensure the smooth running of the outlet, including effective management of staffing levels -Train, motivate, and coach employees, ensuring staff are delivering the Atlantica values, philosophy and standards of service excellence -Implement effective procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service according to the company's standards -Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner Benefits -Competitive salary and other benefits (as per local legislation) -Advanced opportunities for professional growth -Accommodation and board -Participation in educational programs -Diverse and multicultural environments -Professional skills development Requirements -2+ years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or resort. Previous experience with Marriott brands or other luxury chains (preferred). -Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and build morale -Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail -Excellent command of the English language -Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. -Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union at the time of application.
