POSITION SUMMARY: The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a focus on providing exceptional service, training, and leadership. Previous experience with Marriott brands or other luxury chains (preferred). -Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and build morale -Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail -Excellent command of the English language -Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. -Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union at the time of application.
