Dynamic F&B professional with Restaurant/Outlet background.
This position is number 2 in the F&B operations. Responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, developing and executing strategies for maximizing the profitability.
He/She should be a team player, builds a culture of excellence by exhibiting strong leadership skills, adaptability and keen focus on every tiny aspect of dining experience.
To be successful in this role, the applicant should possess a degree or diploma in hospitality with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managerial role in restaurant operations with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Restaurant Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
