Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced restaurant manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assuranceLead, motivate, and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiencyEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe dining environmentDevelop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenueCollaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, considering local tastes and trendsOversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and profit optimizationHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionallyCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality productsImplement and maintain standard operating procedures for all restaurant functionsStay informed about industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve restaurant performanceQualificationsProven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership roleStrong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory managementExcellent leadership, communication, and team management skillsProficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systemsFood safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) and knowledge of local food and beverage regulationsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and profit analysisCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiencesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProblem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisionsKnowledge of Saudi Arabian cuisine and dining customs is highly beneficialFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAdditional information
