Job DescriptionWe require a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team on a full-time basis at Oaks Broome Hotel and Oaks Cable Beach Resort.
As the Restaurant Manager you will:
Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and barManaging the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the restaurant and barDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clientsManaging, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintainedWork closely with the General Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for the Food and Beverage departmentRoster according to department needsCreate budgets and monitor financial performance of the Food and Beverage department.Approved Sponsor: Minor Hotels Australasia Limited (previously known as Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited)

QualificationsTo be a success in this position, you will have:
A minimum of three years of managerial experience in a similar rolePossession of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and promoting a safe and responsible drinking environment.Proven experience in managing staff, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals and maintain exceptional service standards.Expertise in generating and implementing innovative revenue-building strategies and initiatives Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including product knowledge, industry trends, and regulationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and senior management, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with an unwavering positive attitudeHigh level of self-motivation, confidence, and initiative, with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressureA Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not essentialFlexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and other peak periods as required, demonstrating commitment to meeting the needs of the business and ensuring smooth operations.Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
