Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant dining outlet at Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel. If you're a natural leader with a love for great food, outstanding service, and building strong, motivated teams, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and barLead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house teamEnsure an exceptional guest experience from start to finishMonitor budgets, labour costs, and drive revenue opportunitiesCollaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service deliveryUphold compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements

QualificationsPrevious experience in restaurant or F&B managementStrong leadership and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and hands-on approach to serviceSolid understanding of stock control, rostering, and service standardsValid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate Passion for hospitality and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
