The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee quick service operations at Tutto Italia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. This position focuses on managing outdoor kiosks and fast-paced service environments, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence. The Restaurant Manager will lead and supervise daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. The role also involves enforcing company policies and health and safety regulations.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of mangement experience in restaurant or quick food service management, preferably in quick service or high-volume settings. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work in outdoor environments and manage multiple service points. A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction is key to success in this role.

PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
