DescriptionThe overall scope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and in line with Kempinski’s DNA values in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe job of Restaurant Hostess is executed satisfactorily when:\nAll rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.\nThe service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members\nA High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.\nThe outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times. \n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field\nMinimum experience in an F&B service role within hospitality environments.\nExcellent oral and written communication in both local language and English; additional languages are a strong asset.\nSkilled in teamwork, time management, and problem-solving under pressure, while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.\nComputer literate with ability to operate office equipment; proficiency in Excel and Word is advantageous.\nPassionate for Food & Beverage, people-oriented, responsible, flexible, reliable, and aligned with Kempinski’s core values of European luxury and service excellence.\n
