Duties and responsibilities related to the Host/ess role

Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitalityManage the reservation system, coordinate seating, and optimise table allocation to support smooth and efficient serviceWork closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless daily operations and memorable guest experiencesHandle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and accurate information about menus, services, and facilitiesLiaise with other hotel departments to accommodate special requests and contribute to overall guest satisfaction

About You

Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a premium dining or hospitality environment is preferred. You are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a welcoming and polished atmosphere for every guest.
