What sets you apart:You have completed vocational training in hospitality and/or gastronomy and have several years of experience in a comparable leadership role

You know how to inspire and motivate your team, supporting their development through effective training and by encouraging individual achievements

You demonstrate a high level of quality and service awareness with a clear focus on the guest experienceYou possess strong organizational skills and work in a structured, independent mannerYou have solid business acumen and experience working with key figures (budgeting, cost of goods, payroll costs)You enjoy balancing administrative responsibilities with direct guest interactionYou are flexible, adaptable, and bring innovative ideas to the tableYou are fluent in German and EnglishWhat sets you apart:You have completed vocational training in hospitality and/or gastronomy and have several years of experience in a comparable leadership role
