We are seeking an innovative and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and bring our vision to life.

What You'll Do Lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, and excellence.Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls.Drive guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution.Partner with marketing and events teams to promote the restaurant and host special experiences. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale or chef-driven concepts.Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.Strong leadership and communication skills.Familiarity with live-fire cooking and seasonal, locally sourced menus.Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.Creative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.Deep appreciation for Northern California’s culinary landscape and community.
