Serving up the care and career you crave.WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Restaurant District Manager, you will expand on your success as a restaurant manager to oversee an assigned district of 7-10 stores, supporting district operations, monitoring individual store performance, and people development.
District Operations
Continually developing Restaurant Store Managers and hourly employees within the assigned district
Ensuring compliance with established and new initiatives, policies, and procedures relating to operations, traffic, guest service, sales techniques, and more
Analyzing district sales performance and trends with a focus on continuous improvement
Partnering with the Retail District Manager to uphold overall company expectations of guest service, cleanliness, and policy
Monitoring Store Performance
Reviewing and analyzing your district's Restaurant Manager performance.
Developing plans to improve overall store performance.
Monitors store sales and profit performance
Observing performance and adherence to operational processes and standards by visiting stores regularly
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
10 years of successful restaurant management experience, or a combination of education and experience. 2 years of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
Ability and willingness to travel within your assigned district
Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
Keen business acumen, including an understanding of profit, loss, restaurant growth and sales
