A day in the life:
Responsible Recruitment & Employment (RRE) Standards Implementation
Develop and execute project plans for the implementation of RRE standards throughout the supply chain.Conduct thorough assessments of existing recruitment and employment practices to identify gaps and areas for improvement.Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with international RRE standards (e.g., ILO core conventions, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) code of conduct).Create and deliver training programs for suppliers and internal stakeholders on RRE principles and best practices.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of RRE initiatives and track progress against key performance indicators.

Preferred Qualifications:
