Your opportunity
As a Response Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Home Care clients and teams across NSW. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services by providing timely, empathetic, and solutions-focused responses to all enquiries.
Location: Macquarie Park
Employment Type: Full-Time (12-month fixed-term contract)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 6:30pm
Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will:
Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and internal stakeholders
Coordinate quick and accurate resolution of queries and service requests
Log client information and interactions in internal systems
Liaise with care coordination and scheduling teams to support service delivery
Be the voice of the customer, escalating feedback to improve our services
What you’ll bring
You’re a confident communicator with a strong customer service mindset and a drive to support others.
You’ll need:
Experience in a contact centre, customer service or similar fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem-solve, prioritise and manage time effectively
Comfort using a wide range of technology systems and platforms
Flexibility to work within team rosters and assist with extra shifts if required
Desirable:
Knowledge or experience in aged care or community services
A passion for supporting older people and their families
