Responsable de Secteur Moto Région Est
En rejoignant la Business Unit Moto, vous intégrez une équipe dynamique où vous serez responsable du chiffre d’affaires de votre secteur. Vous développez et optimisez les ventes auprès des revendeurs spécialisés, tout en appliquant les stratégies commerciales du groupe et en contribuant activement à la croissance de la marque. **Vos missions :** + Développer le chiffre d’affaires de votre secteur : vous êtes responsable de la performance commerciale locale en appliquant les stratégies définies par la Direction Commerciale ou le Key Account Manager. + Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients : vous animez les revendeurs spécialisés dans la vente de pneus moto et scooter, en assurant la fidélisation et la prospection pour élargir votre diffusion numérique. + Optimiser les ventes en point de vente : vous veillez à l’atteinte des objectifs de volume et de mix produit, en cohérence avec la politique commerciale du groupe. + Mettre en œuvre les outils d’aide à la vente : vous assurez la bonne installation des supports PLV et ILV pour renforcer la visibilité des marques. + Assurer un suivi rigoureux de l’activité : vous utilisez quotidiennement le CRM, réalisez les reportings nécessaires et participez aux opérations de Sell Out chez vos distributeurs. + Effectuer une veille concurrentielle : vous remontez les informations pertinentes du terrain pour ajuster les actions commerciales et anticiper les évolutions du marché. **Profil recherche :** + Expérience : une première expérience commerciale dans une entreprise structurée, avec des marques fortes et sur un marché concurrentiel + Langues : maîtrise de l’anglais souhaitée + Formation ou affinité : une proximité personnelle avec le milieu de la moto est un plus, mais non déterminante + Sens commercial, bon sens relationnel + Organisation et rigueur + Capacité d’analyse et de prise de recul **Vos atouts supplémentaires :** + Force de proposition et esprit proactif + Agilité et capacité d’adaptation aux situations quotidiennes + Esprit d’initiative et disponibilité + Dynamisme, goût pour les challenges + Orientation forte vers les résultats et la performance + Personnalité affirmée et potentiel de développement, au-delà de l’expérience \#LI-DA3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
