Job Title: Product Manager – Konek
Work Mode: Hybrid, minimum 2 days on-site

Job Description:
The Konek Product Manager is responsible for defining the vision for the Konek solution in alignment with the client’s business objectives and ensuring its successful delivery. Acting as the voice of internal clients, the Product Manager collaborates closely with the project sponsor, project manager, solution architect, and delivery team to ensure the solution meets user needs and delivers the expected benefits.

The Product Manager also manages relationships with external stakeholders, helps establish the project’s agile structure and operating model, and provides leadership and influence to specialists and stakeholders across strategic, complex, and innovative projects.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Unicité Mouvement project within the Data and Analytics program and ensure alignment with other projects in the program.
Promote and communicate about the product within the organization.
Advise and support clients and partners in the planning, development, delivery, and follow-up of strategic projects under your responsibility.
Develop objectives, solutions, and action plans, and participate in their implementation.
Define the product backlog for the Unicité solution in coordination with other cross-functional data projects and the organization’s data strategy objectives.
Prioritize backlog items to ensure the delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives.
Set sprint priorities to maximize business value delivered.
Provide detailed product feature specifications to ensure clear understanding by development and support teams.
Collaborate closely with technology, architecture, and business teams to align the roadmap for cross-functional data assets.
Diagnose issues, challenges, needs, and problems within the multidisciplinary team.
Identify and analyze problems, establish diagnostics, and provide recommendations on business solutions and market development strategies.
Contribute to the creation or review of documentation and training materials related to your activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Knowledge:
Master Data Management (MDM), matching, and master profiling
Data governance, particularly regarding personal information
Data integration and understanding of data flows
Data quality management
Data profiling and normalization functionalities
Required Skills:
Ability to navigate complex organizational environments
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Client-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written communication
Professional rigor and attention to detail

Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de divers facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétence, le marché géographique, l’expérience, la formation ainsi que les licences et certifications professionnelles. Les décisions en matière de rémunération dépendent des particularités de chaque cas. Une estimation raisonnable de cette fourchette salariale se situe entre 80,000-155,000 ce poste est vacant.
