Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable Activité France H/F pour produits Négoces, et Revêtements Mur et Sol.
Rattaché ( e) au Head of Goods for Resale (GFR) EMEA - Architectural Coatings EMEA, le poste est base à Rueil Malmaison.
Ce rôle offre une opportunité passionnante de stimuler la croissance et d’optimiser le portefeuille local des produits confiés.
Mission Principales :
• Assurer une croissance rentable du portefeuille confié conformément à la stratégie globale EMEA.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de portefeuille au sein du pays.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales pour développer et mettre en œuvre des assortiments de base afin de maximiser les synergies.
• Tirer parti de la marque ProGold dans la région selon le plan de croissance.
• Diriger et coacher une équipe de 3 personnes en direct : 2 Chefs de marché, et 1 Chef produit.
Ce que vous apporterez
• Excellentes compétences en marketing avec un minimum de 5 ans dans la gestion de produits/portefeuille.
• Une expérience en management direct serait appréciée.
• Capacité à développer des stratégies marché/ Produit.
• Leadership fort et culture du résultat, avec une capacité à influencer les parties prenantes clés dans de multiples fonction
• La maitrise d’un anglais courant et des outils bureautiques est impérative.
