We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Are you compassionate, reliable and have great communication skills? Do you love helping people? Do you love working with youth and families? Tasks• Meal Prep• Medication Management, monitor that she does take them• Reminders for tasks• Keep very close eyes on her with people and meals• Outings to park/community
Preferred Qualifications:  • Patient & Thoughtful in Speech and communication• Active and outgoing personality  Requirements*:  • Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
