We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Location: Eleva, Wisconsin
Pay: $256 per day
Schedule: One weekend a month + one week a year

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:• Patient, kind, and eager to learn• Comfortable with interactive play (video games, computer time, etc.)• Receptive to parent feedback and guidance• Skilled in redirection and de-escalation techniques• Committed to building trust and having fun
What You’ll Be Doing:• Providing one-on-one care and supervision• Supporting daily routines, including online schooling• Using positive behavior strategies• Encouraging independence and social engagement• Joining in favorite activities
Requirements:• Authorized to work in the U.S.• Pass a criminal and caregiver background check• Valid driver’s license• Experience with caregiving or special needs support preferred
