Respite Provider for Teen GirlLocation: Eau Claire, WI Area
About the Position:We are seeking a caring and dependable Respite Provider for a teenage girl who enjoys being active in the community and spending time with others. She loves visiting Action City, swimming, going to Camp Wabeek, cooking, and spending time with animals (especially trips to the zoo!).
The ideal provider will be calm, a positive role model, and supportive, while offering supervision and companionship both in the community and in their own home.
Schedule:• Weekends: Friday after school through Sunday evening (or Monday morning, including drop-off at school)• Additional after-school hours available during the week
Compensation:• Daily/Overnight Rate: $207.45 per day• Hourly Rate: $14.13 per hour
Responsibilities:• Provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment• Engage in fun activities at home and in the community (e.g., swimming, zoo visits, cooking, local attractions)• Serve as a positive role model and mentor• Assist with daily routines, including transportation as needed
Qualifications:• Must be responsible, patient, and reliable• Ability to provide a safe and supportive environment in your home or out in the community• Previous experience working with teens or caregiving is preferred but not required• Must have reliable transportation
