Job Title: Respite Provider
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Schedule: Weekday Afternoons & Occasional Weekend Evenings We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Respite Provider to support a young boy with his daily routine. This position involves providing hands-on care, supervision, and engaging activities during weekend afternoons and occasional weekend evenings. His hobbies include swimming, playing with his pets, and going to the Children's Museum. Responsibilities Include:• Assistance with bathing, toileting, and meal preparation• Administering medications as needed• Participating in and supervising outings and recreational activities• Providing engaged supervision, interaction, and support• Creating a safe, patient, and nurturing environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:• Comfort around pets (pet-friendly home)• A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to caregiving• Experience with behavioral challenges is a plus, but not required
Requirements:• Must be 18 years or older• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation• Ability to pass background checks• Legally eligible to work in United States
Compensation:• $17.66 per hour (shifts less than 8 hours)• $256.00 per day (shifts more than 8 hours)

 * If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
