We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Position includes caring for a little girl! Benefits: You will be working for a family that is very appreciative of what you do! You would be helping a family live their best life! Hours/Desired Schedule:  • Flexible afternoons and evenings• 4 overnights a month, weekend flexibility• 20 hours a month (About 5 hours a week)
Location:• In Providers home• Occasionally Members home
Pay: • $14.13 per hour• $207.45 Per overnight (8-24 hour shift) Tasks• Personal cares• Feeding tube• Bathing if comfortable• Medication management• Diapers changes• Transferring Child likes • Snuggling• Play tasting with food• Going for walks in a stroller Preferred Qualifications:   • Patient & Thoughtful in Speech and communication• Active and outgoing personality  Requirements*:  Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
