TEEN RESPITE PROVIDER & CNA/PCW WANTED!
Location: Eleva, WisconsinPay:• Respite Provider: $256 per day• CNA/PCW: $17.66 per hourSchedule:• Respite Provider: One weekend a month + one week a year• CNA/PCW: Mondays & Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:• Patient, kind, and eager to learn• Comfortable with interactive play (video games, computer time, etc.)• Receptive to parent feedback and guidance• Skilled in redirection and de-escalation techniques• Committed to building trust and having fun
What You’ll Be Doing:• Providing one-on-one care and supervision• Supporting daily routines, including online schooling• Using positive behavior strategies• Encouraging independence and social engagement• Joining in favorite activities CNA/PCW RolePay: $17.66 per hourSchedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:• Assisting with bathing tasks• Repositioning support• Meal preparation and light assistance with daily living needs
Preferred Qualifications:• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Worker (PCW) experience• Compassionate and reliable with strong attention to detail• Comfortable working independently while following family care routines Requirements for Both Roles:• Authorized to work in the U.S.• Pass a criminal and caregiver background check• Valid driver’s license• Experience with caregiving or special needs support (preferred)
