Job Posting:Now Hiring: Respite Care Provider for Energetic Sibling Duo!We’re looking for a kind, patient, and dependable respite care provider to support two loving and active brothers with Autism and ADHD. These bright, energetic boys thrive in structured, creative environments and need a caregiver who can balance fun with calm, consistent support.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging activities, values routine, and is passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives. Location: Elk Mound, WI
Compensation: $14.13–$17.66/hour
Schedule: Up to 30 hours/month (scheduled in advance with parent) What You’ll Do• Provide supervision, companionship, and a safe environment for two young brothers.• Support daily routines and assist with emotional regulation.• Engage in fun, age-appropriate activities at home and in the community.• Encourage social skills, independence, and positive behavior.• Give caregivers valuable respite time.
What We’re Looking For• Experience working with children with Autism (preferred).• Patient, dependable, and calm in energetic situations.• Active, creative, and a positive role model.• CPR certified (or willing to complete within 30 days of hire).• Comfortable in the family’s home and on community outings.• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
