We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Pay Rate: $14.13/hour We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable Respite Provider to support a young boy who is full of energy and curiosity. About Him:• He is nonverbal and autistic — currently working on using words along with signing.• Requires 24/7 close supervision due to elopement risk (he is very fast!).• Transitions can be challenging; timers, warnings, and patience help him adjust.• He enjoys nearly everything, especially: books, puzzles, coloring, making messes, and using his tablet (ABC Ya).• He loves being active but can be prone to upper respiratory illness, so caution is needed since he often puts items in his mouth. Responsibilities:• Provide safe and attentive supervision at all times.• Support with transitions and manage meltdowns using strategies provided.• Engage him in fun, creative, and meaningful activities.• Accompany him to doctors’ appointments when scheduled during your shift. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:• Patient, dependable, and caring.• Comfortable with behavioral challenges.• Energetic and able to keep up with a fast-moving kiddo.• Willing to learn and follow his care strategies. If you’re ready to make a positive impact and spend meaningful time with a wonderful young boy, we’d love to hear from you!
