We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Seeking a Respite Provider to provide respite for siblings (6-year-old boy and 4-year-old boy), focusing on supervision and emotional regulation, while having fun. This gives mom and dad some temporary relief to rest, refresh, and recharge.
 The boys like playing with their electronics, going to local Jump Parks, listening to music, dancing, and watching Disney movies. Respite care for the children will be in their home.  WAGE: • $9.53 per hour/per child (after tax)• $19.06 per hour (working with both kids) SCHEDULE: • 8 hours per week (working with both boys)• Mostly Monday - Friday hours after 5pm• Occasional Saturday and Sunday hours after 12 (noon)• Flexible Schedule • To be discussed and determined between provider and family  JOB DUTIES• Supervision and Active Attentiveness• Regulating Emotions• Toileting assistance• Modeling Positive Behaviors• Provide respite in the member's home to both boys while ensure their safety• Build confidence and independence• Companionship and Social Engagement BENEFITS• Flexible schedule• Positive working environment/responsive employer• Job satisfaction by making a HUGE impact in someone's life JOB REQUIREMENTS• Authorized to work in the U.S.• Criminal/Caregiver background check.• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance preferred.• Compassionate individual with childcare experience preferred.• Experience working with children with Autism and development disabilities.• Knowledgeable in CPR and First Aid practices preferred.
