Job Title: Active Respite Provider for Teen Boy Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin Pay:Weekday Rate: $14.13/hourWeekend Shifts: $207.45/daySchedule:Weekday hours available after 4:30/5:00 PMApprox. 10 hours per weekAdditional weekend shifts available Job Description:We are looking for a fun, active, and reliable respite provider to hang out with a teenage boy who thrives on being outdoors and staying active. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fishing, biking, playing video games, going to the YMCA, or spending time at places like Action City. This teen has a big interest in:Fishing and bikingWorking on cars and tech-ed style activitiesSports, horses, and animalsExploring new things indoors and outdoorsPositive social interaction and building life skills What You'll Do:Engage in fun, active outings and hobbiesProvide consistent, positive social interactionSupport his interests while encouraging independence and confidenceHelp meet his overall developmental and social needs Ideal Candidate:Active and enjoys outdoor activitiesPatient, kind, and encouragingReliable and flexible with after-school/evening availabilityExperience working with youth or teens is a plus If you love staying active and want to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you!
